Wij zoeken een topper voor in de keuken. Een collega die veel wilt werken, zowel overdag als in de avond, die verstand heeft van de keuken, ervaring heeft met leiding geven en weet wat hard werken is. Je kan aansturen, maar ook collega’s opleiden en inwerken. Het bewaken van het culinaire niveau, verzorgen van de lunch en voorbereiden van de buffetten en je zorgt voor de informatieoverdracht en werkinstructies.

What you tell on birthdays about your job:
- I make sure Knus guests experience the Knus experience
every time.
- I help prepare, make and serve drinks.
- Together with my colleagues, I make sure that the terrace and indoor area
look tiptop before and after work.
- I am responsible for my own 'district' or company, but work under
the guidance of a manager.
- During peak times, it's hard work and therefore a lot of standing and walking.
As Head of the lunch kitchen, you are the manager of the kitchen. You are responsible for purchasing and inventory, daily operations in the kitchen and managing, training and induction of your colleagues. Guarding the culinary level, providing lunch and preparing the buffets and you take care of information transfer and work instructions.
We want to define the kitchen and procurement as your domain. You will work in the kitchen and manage the team. You have a lot of freedom in the kitchen and in terms of working days, because you always eat at home in the evenings and have two days off per week, one of which is at the weekend.

Knus is open to internships from a variety of courses, curricula and grade levels. Owner Chris himself started at Knus at age 14 from a taster internship.
