What is it like to get married at Knus

Knus is located in the Delftse Hout, in the middle of nature and yet only 10 minutes from the historic center of Delft. Knus is best known for its cozy parties, corporate events and buffets. The former boathouse has been getting cozier and cozier since 1994. Since 2000, with the arrival of the current building, it is completely Knus.

Knus is perhaps the nicest catering establishment in Delft.

Children always find the boats, paddle boats and playground a treat.

In summer you can enjoy a nice bakkie, beer, ball or sandwich (the 4 B's!) on one of the three waterfront terraces. In winter you can snuggle up against the pot-bellied stoves and enjoy a hot chocolate with whipped cream or a pan of snert.

Wedding Location

Knus is an official wedding location and ideally suited for your ceremony, reception, dinner and party night. Knus is an attractive and price-friendly location where everything is possible. All our prices are all-inclusive and in consultation it is also possible to rent our entire location.

Dream along...
You will arrive. Romantically over the (decorated) bridge or spectacularly by car in front of the door. The red carpet is already waiting. You choose a sunny ceremony on the waterfront or a cozy warm and covered ceremony overlooking the water. After the ceremony, you traditionally cut the cake and Knus serves it. Of course we toast with a glass of bubbles. Time for the photo opportunity? Knus is located on the water and in the middle of nature!

And the children? They will have fun on the pedal boats or rowing boats, in the fenced playground, on the barefoot path or in the maze. Need to freshen up or change clothes? We even have a bride's bathroom.

Dinner ...
On your day, you want to be well taken care of. From lunch to Cozy Grill, from Walking Dinner to midnight snack, everything is possible. All drinks are included in the price, as are pedal boats and rowboats (April through September).

The party can begin!
At Knus we have everything: live music streaming from Spotify, a wireless microphone, disco lights and a dance floor with the cutest disco effects. Do you want a band and/or DJ? Everything is possible. On our dance floor is more than enough space for a beautiful opening dance and a good party! Photos or fun videos can be shared with all the guests on a large presentation screen. Of course it is also possible to capture the best shots of your wedding party with the cozy photobooth.

The End.
You end the evening by leaving in your own wedding boat. Good to know: Within 75 meters walking distance is free parking for over 200 cars. There is an adapted toilet and both inside and outside Knus is mostly on one level. Knus is suitable for groups of 20 to 450 people. Knus is also easily accessible by public transport or even by horse-drawn streetcar. Honeymoon? Knus is near downtown Delft, centrally located and there are several hotels nearby.
